Q "Which way must the seat go?"

 

The seat is positioned with center groove behind you for more comfort in the coccyx area. However, some users find it more comfortable to have the groove in the front - it is personal preference which way the seat goes.

 

 

Q "How do I order chlorine tablets?"

 

Please go the following form to request chlorine tablets.

 

 

Q "If the water turns green what do I do?"

 

You will need to empty out the water from the tank, you can use the hand syphon pump to do this. The refill with normal municipal (tap) water and add in a chlorine tablet. See video on how to fill and empty the tank.

 

 

Q "I have a squeaking noise?"

 

This could mean loosening of the bolts, use the 5mm allen key to tighten all connecting bolts, please be careful not to over tighten some of the bolts.

 

If tightening the bolts does not solve the problem then try to identify where the squeaking is coming from and contact a customer service representative for further assistance.

 

 

Q "The monitor does not turn on?"

 

Have you changed the batteries? See maintenance check list on how to change your S4 monitor batteries.

 

For Series 3 monitors, the battery pack can be found behind the top of the footboard between the 2 metal brackets.

 

 

Q "What do I need to show my heart rate on my WaterRower monitor?"

 

You will need 2 items, a Polar chest belt (known as the heart rate transmitter) and the heart rate receiver box which can be purchased online at http://www.waterrower.com./en/accessories.htm.
