Technique Faults - Hunched Release
Tell tale signs include;
• The back is exaggeratedly curved at the Release. • The head is down at the Release. • The shoulders are in front of the hip at the Release.
Tips for correction include;
• Focus on strong posture, sitting up. • Focus on keeping the head up. • Focus on looking forward. • Focus on keeping the shoulders back at the Release. • Keep feet firmly on the foot board during the Drive.
