Technique Faults - Knees Out Rowing

Rowing with the knees out to the side. This usually occurs on the Recovery up the slide and is due to body shape.

Tips for correction include;

• Knees should be positioned in a straight line approximately one fist width apart.

• When rowing ensure your knees are positioned inside of your elbows.

If you are unable to do any of the above to correct the fault, aim to row with a slightly shorter slide length.
