Training log

To maximize the enjoyment from using your WaterRower we have produced a training log. It is essential to write down your training sessions in order to monitor your progress. This does not have to be detailed. A table logging the time, distance and average heart rate weekly is all that is necessary. Click to download an example of a training log

We believe that recording your training sessions will not only improve motivation but also encourage you to keep exercising regularly and to maintain a better lifestyle. Documenting your training sessions results can help you compare times/distances weekly, monthly and yearly. This helps you to see patterns developing which can act as a motivating factor in continuing to exercise. There are several ways to monitor your progress, how you log your progress can depend on your specific goals.

A training manual has been written for all WaterRower owners, from those new to exercise, to the more experienced. This manual give advice for your training on the WaterRower. Click to download the training manual.

(If you are new to exercise we suggest that you consult a physician or personal trainer prior to commencing any exercise program.)
