WaterCoach Professional Level II

WaterCoach Professional Level II is a half day face-to-face program designed as a “hands on” extension of WaterCoach Professional Level I.  In this half day practical course, the fitness professional draws upon the knowledge gained through WaterCoach Level I and develops the skills of rowing instruction, fault correction, and rowing related exercise programs. 

WaterCoach Professional Level II is approved by ACE and AFAA.  Upon completion, instructors will be awarded  0.3 CEC's (Continuing Education Credits) from ACE and 2.0 CEC's from AFAA.

The emphasis is on:

1. Knowledge, Understanding and Ability to Demonstrate the Rowing Action.

2. Ability to Instruct the Correct Rowing Action and Correct Faults.

3. Evaluation, Instruction and Prescription of Rowing Training Programs.
