This instructor led program, takes the participant through a 30 to 60 minute structured group workout, including;
• Warm Up - preparation, including drills to reinforce technique and prepare the group for a crew workout.
• Main Workout - a variety of programs from steady state rowing to pyramids to interval workouts to accommodate all participants.
• Cool Down - slows the tempo down with breathing and relaxation exercises.
• Stretch - a 10 stretch sequence.
The program includes exercises designed to; improve technique, enhance the benefit derived, remove the tedium, making rowing more enjoyable, and encouraging commitment. |
