Q "What is WaterCrew?"

WaterCrew is an indoor group rowing program designed for studios and gyms. The focus of WaterCrew is to simulate real on water crew rowing. Using the WaterRower allows for a smooth realistic feeling with the added soothing sound of the water in the tank.

 

Q "Who can qualify as a WaterCrew Instructor?

Anyone who has completed and have qualified as a WaterCoach Professional Instructor. See this link for further information.

 

Q "How do I qualify as a WaterCrew Instructor?"

To qualify as a WaterCrew Instructor you first need to complete both WaterCoach Professional Level I and Level II courses.

 

Q "How do I register to start?"

You first need to register online with WaterCoach Professional Level I, once you have completed the online registration form you will receive a confirmation email and registration number from our WaterCoach Administrator. A registration number is required to complete each test module in WaterCoach Professional Level I. 

 

Q "How long is the WaterCrew workshop?"

WaterCrew is a half day workshop which can be done in conjunction with WaterCoach Professional Level II, this is also a half day workshop, together they combine to make up a full days training. The WaterCrew workshop will take between 3-4 hours to complete.  

 

Q "What will I learn at the end of the WaterCrew workshop?"

At the end of a WaterCrew workshop you will have the knowledge and skills to instruct a basic WaterCrew class.  More advanced classes which include master classes, instructor assessment and different class genres are available. 

 

Q "Will I be awarded CEC's?"

Yes, continuing education credits have been awarded by both the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). WaterCoach and WaterCrew have been accredited with one (1.0) complete CEC's from ACE and four (4.0) CEC's from AFAA.

 

Q " How can I get WaterCrew into my Gym?"
